Can I order by telephone ?

We welcome telephone orders. You can call us on 07 3133 1673 ... if it is long distance we are happy to take your number and call you right back to save you that expense.
You can also email us at sales@greenlivingaustralia.com.au with your telephone number, and we will call you as soon as possible.

Can I order by mail ?

Yes, simply download our Mail Order Form, fill it out, and send it to us with either a cheque or money order made out to “Green Living Australia”, and post it to:-

Can I order by email, and pay by direct deposit ?

Yes, just let us know you wish to pay by direct deposit, and what you want to order, by email at sales@greenlivingaustralia.com.au and we will confirm a price, including shipping, and supply our bank account details.

Is it OK to deliver to a PO Box ?

Yes, our shopping cart can collect two addresses, your "Purchase Details" and a "Delivery Address" ... this delivery address is where we will send your order.

The next step is the PayPal payment gateway, which we use because of the high security.
If you have a PayPal account simply log in and complete the payment.
If you do not have a PayPal account click "Continue" near the "Don't Have a PayPal account" question on the lower left of the page. The next section requires the billing address of your card, and can be different from the delivery address, and can even be a property name or just a street.

I don't have a street number, is that OK ?

Yes, many rural addresses are simply property names. If you are getting your mail deliveries safely and your postal contractor knows how to find you, it will be fine.

I have entered my details but PayPal won't let me continue, what now ?

If the PayPal system is refusing to process the sale further it should tell you why in red.

The most common problem is if you have used the credit card to make a PayPal processed purchase previously, and created a PayPal account, and you are now trying to use a different email address. PayPal's security system will not allow this. If you know the details of the PayPal account log into PayPal and change the email address, and try again.

Sometime PayPal's security can all be just to much ... and then it is probably easier to use an alternative system of ordering, maybe over the phone, or email us for our bank details for a direct deposit.

How will my order be shipped, and how much will it cost ?

Orders shipped by Australia Post's trackable services or courier.*, with shipping on orders up to $100.00, just $10.95.

We do this to encourage people to order their preserving, cheese making, and yoghurt making requirements etc. in larger quantities, so as to reduce the need for frequent small orders. One larger order with a single "carbon footprint", as opposed to a number of smaller orders, just has to be greener .... as I am sure you will understand and appreciate.

For larger orders valued above $100.00 we charge $13.95, and orders valued over $300.00 are shipped for FREE.

The little * actually means I was fibbing, we do send a few things by regular postage, like Valerie's Cheese Making Instructions ... and we send the Mini Measuring Spoons, by regular mail when ordered on their own, shipping included, for just $11.75 ....

When are temperature sensitive items shipped ?

Orders containing temperature sensitive items like cultures, rennet tablets, and cheese moulds, are not shipped just prior to the weekend, so as to reduce the likelihood of them being stuck in a potentially hot warehouse all weekend.

Temperature sensitive orders shipped by Australia Post's trackable Express Post services or courier. We also email you with information as to the shipping method used, and the tracking details.

Will I be informed of how my order has been shipped, and the tracking number ?

Does Green Living Australia ship internationally ?

We will ship orders internationally, from Australia, but your order must be a minimum value of $100.00 AUD, excluding shipping and packaging charges.

Shipping & Handling costs will need to be quoted separately, based on destination country, and weight of your order. Please email sales@greenlivingaustralia.com.au for S & H quotes, with your order requirements, and delivery address.

Once you have confirmed the acceptability of the total cost for your order, we can send an online invoice, and payment for your international order can be via credit card, or a PayPal account.

Please Note:- It is your responsibillity to check with your country's customs and quarantine services to ascertain the acceptability of importing the cheese making cultures, moulds, etc. that you may wish to order.
