Home Preserving, Safely - Internet Guides & More
WE have had many questions regarding safe preserving and Australian standards. We have contacted the relevant departments of CSIRO, and
the Queensland Health Department, regarding this and were referred to the "USDA Complete Guide to Home Preserving".
While resisting the Americanisation of Australia in many areas, we must acknowledge that a lot of "home preserving" is going on in the US,
and that they do "nearly" speak English.
You can download the USDA Guide, in PDF format, ideal for printing, or saving on your computer.
