| Vegetable rennet, in liquid, powder, and tablet form. | |
| A selection of cheese moulds, for mould ripened cheeses. | |
| An enzyme that helps breakdown fat, and improve flavour of selected cheeses. | |
| An all natural cheese colouring. | |
| A naturally occuring mineral salt, that improves the curd formation of heat treated, and refridgerated milk, under the influence of rennet. | |
| An iodene free, large crystaline structure salt, used for flavour and to improve the keeping quality. | |
| Used to acidify the milk for selected cheeses. |

These measure down to as small as 1/64th of a teaspoon. Cheese making products such as Culture and Mould are marked as per the amount of milk to be used with the total pack contents. Dividing the contents down to a suitable dose for the cheese you are making today can, in part, be a bit of guestimation ... which is acceptable. These Mini Measuring Spoons are a great tool to help you get some consistancy, from one batch of cheese to the next. |
