In an effort to better service our customs we are introducing g a new “Help Line”. This line includes Frequently Asked Question (FAQs) to assist you with your cheese making, yoghurt making, jam making and other food preserving activities. Valerie is now here on a full time basis to assist you with your questions. If you email Valerie please include a phone number (within Australia), and Valerie can give you a call and talk you through your problem.

Additionally, Valerie has started a Blog, so that you can keep up with what is happening in the Green Living kitchen.

This new Help Line and Blog replaces the old forum, which while it will be closed to further posts, will remain up, so that the great collection of knowledge is not lost to us all.
