Lyocarni VBM-02-1 Salami Culture
20 gram Pack with a free sterile jar for storage. Suitable for 100 kg of meat.
It consists of :
- Staphylococcus xylosus
- Staphylococcus carnosus and
- Lactobacillus sakei
We ship this culture Australia wide, however it does require long term storage in a freezer, on arrival. Extended time out of a freezer will decrease the shelf life.
