Second Fermentation of Kombucha

 

Kombucha can be consumed as is, straight out of your Kombucha factory, but it can also be flavoured and second fermented.

You can use fruit, juices, herbs, spices, flavoured teas and more to add a little extra flavour. Add some extra sugar, seal your Kombucha in a small jar or bottle and allow it to ferment for a few days to make your Kombucha into a fizzy gut-healthy treat.
