Foolproof yoghurtBy: Daniel P on 27 August 2024Mild culture yoghurt + electric maker = foolproof yoghurt every time. (I’ve made and consumed 2 litres a week for 4 years now). Yes - the culture really does make 100 litres. Yes - it’s delicious. Yes - want thicker? simply add powdered milk. Yes - using long-life + powdered milk + calcium chloride means no boiling. Yes - the electric maker takes all the guesswork out of it

Best yoghurt I've ever made.By: Jason on 16 August 2024I had purchased the Mild Yoghurt Culture several years ago from a local retailer and with the addition of milk powder always managed to produce a beautiful thick and creamy Greek-style yoghurt. A few weeks ago I purchased a couple of sachets of the same culture from you as well as some calcium chloride. Yesterday I finally got around to making a batch of yoghurt. I heated the milk with some milk powder and calcium chloride, put it in the the container with the starter culture, put that into the yoghurt maker with some hot water and waited until this morning. The result was beyond what I expected. It was beyond thick and creamy. It was a genuine pot-set yoghurt and I swear it rivals any Greek-style pot-set yoghurt on the market. Best yoghurt I've ever made.

Outstanding value.By: Gene on 24 March 2024I use this product for making my own yoghurt and am thoroughly impressed with not only the flavour, but the value for money. Using around 1/64th of a teaspoon for every 2 litres, it provides an excellent thick set / Greek style yogurt when adding a small amount of powdered milk to the mix. It’s amazing how such a small amount produces such a good result.
